Practice Post/Personal Information on Internet

I want to talk about the personal information on Internet nowadays. I think that all the social media like Facebook, Instagram, and others, are very dangerous, because the people can upload the information that they want to show. The teenager sometimes don´t know what are the consequences about upload to social media their Photos, adress, personal information and the big quantity of people that can see their information and sometimes not good persons.

My favourite piece of Technology

Never asked me wich piece of Technology is my favourite, in this case my favourite is the Smartphone, because you can use them for everything, for example, call, take pictures, listen music, chat with your friends, etc. My first phone was when i was 12 years old, it was a little Xperia, in the back of the phone you could slide the keyboard. I use my phone everyday, except in class,, because i don't want lost my class and I want take attention, so i use my phone in the nights to talk with my boyfriend in Skype or Facetime. I can't imagine my life without my phone, why? Because we are Millennials, in all our life's, we were surrounded of technology, we saw the first's Computers with Internet, the Facebook creation in 2004, and now we live with Wpp, Netflix, and all the social media, and you can do all it with your Smartphone.

Yoga time

I'm thinking about an activity that I enjoy in my free time, i watch movies or series, go out with my friends but my favourite and the activity that instantly think is Yoga. There are a lot of types of Yoga, but I practice the "ashtanga", this is more dynamic than others, include postures, and movements that are connected with the breathing and the meditation that is practice in all types of yoga, for no lose the intention to practice Yoga. This activity involves a lot of benefits for the health psysical and psycological, helps to take a better posture in the daily life, a good fitness and a self-knowledge of our bodies. I pratice this lifestyle only recently, but I'm very keen on, I practice in my home, because is very easy, only I need my mat and sport clothing, but some day i will like to practice in a Yoga center, because I want that the Yogui correct my postures, in this form I will like to practice more often in the week, but I haven't many time for the un...

Free topic: Artistic movement

In this free topic I want to talk about something a little bit more fun for me, about an artistic movement, I choose this topic, because in Workshop, the teachers ALWAYS want that their students use references of architects offices, books, art, videos, etc, in this case I want to write about the famous Pop Art. The pop art is a movement that emerged in USA and United Kingdom in the century XX, it was inspired in cubism, the dadaism and the surrealism, all of this for the banality of the things, and the alternative forms of represent somthing.
